Miss. Katie- Teacher’s Assistant

Hello Preschool Families!

I am so excited start this new adventure as Miss. Kelly teacher’s assistant. While I’m new to this position, I joined the preschool family last December as a parent in the 4-year-old program. Being new to the area with my husband John and our two children Charlie and Beau; we were looking for a place to form relationships and be able to get involved in Charlies first school experience. I am so thankful to have found the preschool and look forward to having my daughter now in the 3-year-old program.

I’m coming to MHPS from a career as a pediatric nurse, which will lend itself well to supporting the kids and families of the preschool. Every day as a nurse is an adventure very much like a day in preschool.

My goal for the year is to continue in the creation of an environment that fosters curiosity and an excitement to learn about the world around us and of course get to know each of our little learners. We are embarking on a great adventure together and I look forward to getting to know you all.
